Conditions for Services Provided by: “Trek Line”

Article No. 1: Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

Trek Line is a tourism organization founded over 5 years ago in Zagora, southern Morocco. We specialize in:

  • Organizing tourist trips

  • Sahara desert camps (bivouacs)

  • Tours of imperial cities

  • Desert and mountain trekking (all regions of Morocco)

  • Camel rides

  • Camel trekking expeditions

  • Excursions

  • Guided tours of cultural and historical monuments

  • All other tourism-related services


Article No. 2: Booking & Confirmation

Booking Process:
To book your stay in Morocco with Trek Line, you must:

  1. Send an email/request specifying the type and duration of your trip.

  2. Contact us via email/WhatsApp/Instagram to confirm trip details.

  3. Pay a 30% deposit of the total trip cost.

  4. Provide a copy of your passport.

  5. Send us a list of participants (children, adults, elderly) including names and passport numbers.

Confirmation:
Final confirmation is only possible after:

  • Payment of the 30% deposit

  • Signing the contract

  • Availability verification with our partners (hotels, camps, transport, etc.)
    The client must keep a copy of the contract.

Note:
Any changes (dates, trip type, duration, or additional participants) must be communicated via email as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.


Article No. 3: Cancellation Fees

Cancellation by the Client:

  • Less than 1 week before departure: Deposit non-refundable.

  • Between 2 weeks and 1 month before departure: 50% refund of deposit.

  • More than 1 month before departure: 80% refund of deposit.

  • Force majeure cases: Please contact us for discussion.

Cancellation by Trek Line:
If Trek Line cancels the trip before departure, we will notify the client via a confirmed receipt method. If no alternative trip is agreed upon, the client will receive a full refund.


Article No. 4: Payment Methods

  1. Bank Transfer (to our commercial account):

    • Once received, we will email your invoice and signed booking contract for printing.

  2. Money Transfer Agencies:

    • Western Union / Wafa Cash / Cash Plus / Barid Cash

    • After transfer confirmation, we will email your invoice and signed contract.

  3. Cash Payment On-Site:

    • Payment can be made directly at our Zagora agency.

    • Your invoice and signed contract will be provided upon arrival.


Article No. 5: Special Conditions

  1. Insurance:

    • Mandatory: Clients must have personal medical insurance covering hospitalization, repatriation, and theft.

  2. Pricing:

    • Prices may vary depending on arrival time, season, and promotional offers.

  3. Final Payment:

    • The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.

    • Any additional services/consumptions not included in the contract will be settled at the end of the stay.


Article No. 6: Disputes

  • These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

  • Any unresolved disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Ouarzazate.
